Materials and product details
Check the individual product listing for confirmed materials, measurements and package contents. A wood-like, velvet-like or metallic appearance in an image does not by itself establish composition. Where an important specification is not listed, contact us before ordering rather than assuming it from a photograph.
Styling your space
Choose a small palette and repeat it through your tree, table and room accents. Leave space around decorative pieces and keep walkways and serving areas clear. Check dimensions against your intended display surface. Props, furniture and additional decorations shown in lifestyle images are not included unless explicitly listed.
Ornaments, bows and decorative accents
Handle delicate details gently and avoid pulling on attached decorations. Check the supplied guidance before using water, detergents or cleaning sprays. Separate fragile pieces during storage so their surfaces and shapes are not crushed or scratched.
