Processing your order
Orders are normally processed within 1-3 business days after payment authorization and order confirmation. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Weekend and holiday orders are normally processed on the next business day. High order volumes may extend processing; we will make reasonable efforts to notify you of significant delays.
Shipping charges
For orders below $45.00 USD, shipping costs $5.99 USD. Orders of $45.00 USD or more qualify for free shipping. Available destinations and applicable charges are shown at checkout before payment. Availability can depend on the product and local delivery conditions.
Delivery & tracking
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless expressly stated. Timing can vary with the destination, carrier, customs, weather, local holidays and address issues. When tracking becomes available, it may be sent using your order contact details. Please allow time for the carrier to activate or update tracking.
Address corrections & delivery issues
Provide a complete, accurate and accessible address at checkout. For corrections, delayed parcels, missing items or incomplete deliveries, contact service@feranio.com with your order number, checkout email and a description of the issue. Include relevant photos where appropriate. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once processing begins or the parcel is handed to the carrier. Report damage as soon as reasonably possible with photos of the item and packaging.
Duties & import charges
Customs duties, import taxes and brokerage fees may apply depending on the destination. Unless checkout states otherwise, these charges may be the responsibility of the recipient.
