Email service@feranio.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and reason for returning the item. For damage, defects or incorrect items, also include clear photographs.
Condition of returned items
Unless an item arrived damaged or incorrect, it should be unused, clean, complete and unassembled where reasonably possible. Include its original packaging, hardware and supplied parts.
